1. Policy Statement

Pyramids Training Institute (PTI) allows trainees to get a refund due to fee adjustments, withdrawal/cancellation, or any other reasons. PTI clearly defines the criteria for a refund through this policy. This policy is one of the responsibilities of the Academic Director and applies to all personnel, trainees, and parents of the dependent trainees.

1.1. The institute does not grant refunds to the fees that are noted as non-refundable.

1.2. All refunds are paid net of any outstanding debts and charges.

1.3. The institute charges a minimal administration fee of AED 200.00 for a refund.

1.3.1. There will be no refund after the start of classes.

1.3.2. Trainees may be granted a 100% refund if they will send their request five (5) working days or more before the start of the classes.

1.3.3. Trainees may be granted a refund of 50% if they will send their request one (1) working day before the start of the class.

1.4. The trainees may also request a refund due to a change of programs based on the following conditions:

1.4.1. The trainees may get a 100% refund if they will send a change request before five (5) working days or more before the start of the classes. If there will be a difference in terms of the course fee, the PTI management team will adjust the cost accordingly.

1.4.2. The trainees may get a 50% refund if they will send a change request before one (1) working day. If there will be a difference in terms of the course fee, the PTI management team will adjust the cost accordingly.

1.4.3. There will be no refund once classes have already started.

1.5. The trainees may also get a refund for overpayment cases.

1.6. All refunds are subject to PTI Management’s approval.

Note: All refunds are subject to deduction of outstanding debts and approval of PTI Management. PTI may also request more processing time if necessary.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1. The Academic Director or his designee is responsible for the proper implementation and maintenance of this policy and the related documents.

2.2. The Academic Director or his designee shall effectively communicate this policy and the related documents to PTI personnel, trainees, and parents of the dependent trainees.

2.3. All PTI personnel other than the Academic Director’s designee must refer all questions related to this policy to the Office of the Academic Director to ensure that they receive accurate and up-to-date information.
